Amy is a terrific sales rep.  I have placed dozens of orders with Them over last 2 years and any issues are minor, and far and far between, and remedied quickly.   I have reodered several items, and Amy is very good about making that a very simple and easy process for me without needing to submits all product information time and time again.   reorder products are same quality as initial batch.   I have made minor design changes to items as progressive refinements, and communication has always been very good and changes made after finalization with products showing up correct.   they are open to niche quantity low MOQ for custom items which helps develop realationship to make new things, improve existing things, and grow the product line long term.  Communication is timely, quotes are provided with variable per my requests to help evalute on case by case basis quantity and shipping time vs cost.  Updates are given and all questions are answered with proper review.  thank you Amy
